Here it is Sept. 14 and I just stumbledupon your entry from back in February. Funny, but I thought of you and Bill back then. I had hoped to wish you both happiness and a joyful relationship. For some reason (known only to you) I guess I am "persona non grata." I hope that you have not thought of me as a stalker which I assure you I am not. If I am to blame for anything, it is that I am happy in others pleasure. Life moves on and so I have not tried to make contact until tonight. Much good luck and my best wishes to you both.
P.S. You do not have to include me in a subscription, if you choose not to.

I was circumcised at 20, and seriously, all that crap you sprouted above really is false. Although I can see the point with waiting and seeing what your child wants as there are clearly people (like yourself) who are happy with being uncircumcised, I can tell you from personal experience that there are only advantages to being circumcised.

There is simply no loss in feeling, it is cleaner (even though uncircumcised people just say all you have to do is wash, but it's just not the same) and I think it looks better.

If two men are trying to conceive a baby with a surrogate mother,
considering neither of us has a uterus, donated eggs are pretty much our
only option unless the surrogate also wants to become inseminated.

Considering that in this case our surrogate was my partner's sister, we
didn't want to run the risk of my partner inseminating his sister.

The fertility doctor we're working with said he was mixing up our donated
sperm.

In reality he or his assistant probably did an "eenie-meenie-meinie-moe"
routine with the test tubes.

Either way, with a donated egg there is a 50% chance either one of us would
have been the baby's father.

Without a donated egg, then there's a 100% chance it would have been me, and
that's not something we wanted to do.

We'll try again when the economy improves a little and we've been able to
build back up our savings.

The donor egg is used when ovaries of the patient owing to the various reasons do not develop own eggs or at repeated unsuccessful attempts of methods of artificial fertilisation. The donor eggs also are used in medicine at risk of transfer to the child of hereditary illnesses.

Yes, Michael, I'm sure very many read your postings. I'm always interested in what you do and to learn more about you.
You mentioned adoption in your last posting. We adopted a boy two days old 56 years ago and then had two boys of our own. We were blessed all three turned out to make us very proud parents. I know it's difficult to adopt but look into doing so.
I wish I was able to contribute to a fund for the two of you to try again.
I look forward to your postings.
